Random experiment: Chicken was cooked in chicken stock with cal (on left) and plain chicken stock (on right).  Results were inconclusive, but the majority of the people found the Cal chicken to be "more chicken-y."

    Always 1% by weight of any ingredient?

      Hello JLeste,
      I think so. Because the solubility is low, if there is going to be an interaction I would base it on the weight of the ingredient of interest.
