Now, for the real power behind food tv:

  1. Nice Father’s Day skoal, Dave. I’d be interested in a solo, non-alcoholic Booker skoal.

  2. love the Dave/Dax Skoal!! Happy Father’s day! So do i get to skoal after i graduate tomorrow??

  3. Perhaps it could be considered as sacrilegious to the teaching of Mr. Von Sidow, but it could be interesting to take a picture of people “skoaling” with LN Frozen Aquavit Espuma…

  4. Hey completely unrelated to this post but I was hoping to probe your minds a bit more on gum arabic/xantham gum. I’m playing around with an idea for a “bubblegum” cocktail and have some questions. Is there an email address someone can be reached at?
